International ADHD-cafe Amsterdam

A collaboration between ADHD Support Group Amsterdam & Impuls & Woortblind.

The International ADHD Café is a monthly special edition of the ongoing ADHD Support Group Amsterdam—a warm, peer-led space for adults with ADHD who feel more at home in English.

This café format was created by ADHD Support Group Amsterdam as part of a collaboration with Impuls & Woortblind, to make our group more visible and accessible to the international ADHD community.

The International ADHD Café is hosted by José Antonio. ADHD coach, group facilitator, and fellow ADHDer.

Practical information and registration

The monthly café is part of a weekly rythm of support group sessions in Amsterdam.
